At Annie Dash Studios, every effort is made to ensure that your artwork arrives safely and meets the highest standards of quality. Because many of our products are custom-made or limited-edition works of art, our refund and return policies differ from those of traditional retail stores.
Original Artwork
All sales of original artwork are final.
If your artwork arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email address] and include photographs of the damaged packaging and artwork. We will work with you to resolve the issue and, when appropriate, file a claim with the shipping carrier.
Fine Art Prints
If you are not satisfied with your fine art print purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The print must be unused and in its original condition.
- The print must be returned in its original packaging or equivalent protective packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or an error occurred in fulfillment.
Commissioned Artwork
Due to the custom nature of commissioned artwork, all commission payments are non-refundable.
Prior to beginning work, clients will receive information regarding the commission process, including approval opportunities where applicable.
Once work has begun, deposits and payments cannot be refunded.
If a commission is canceled before work has started, any refund will be at the sole discretion of Annie Dash Studios and may be subject to administrative or consultation fees already incurred.
Photography Sessions
Session fees are non-refundable but may be transferable to a rescheduled date if notice is provided according to the terms outlined in your session agreement.
Custom artwork, prints, albums, and digital image purchases are non-refundable once ordered.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at annie@anniedashstudios.com
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photographs of the item and packaging
We will work to replace the item or provide another appropriate resolution.
Digital Products
Digital downloads, digital artwork, and downloadable products are non-refundable once access has been provided.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to damage, defect, or an error on our part.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable returns. Annie Dash Studios is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
